How are services billed ?
We process payments on the first on the month, we accept a credit card (fees apply), e-transfer and post dated cheques.
How often do you clear during a continuous snowfall ?
We clear within 24 hours of the end of the snowfall as per city guidelines.
Do I get a discount if there is minimal or no snowfall ?
No, all our crews are kept on standby, so we do not offer discounts if there is no snow during a specific month of your contract. The crews rely on this income to stay on call.
What is your cancellation policy ?
Termination of service requires a minimum of 48 hours advance notice by telephone, fax or email. All services performed or scheduled up to the end of 48-hour termination notice will be due and payable immediately.
